La Cucina Flegrea, is derived from Campi Flegrei, an area just outside Naples, Italy, Which has been known since ancient times.  Campi Flegrei means Phlegrean Fields Coming from the greek phlegraios "burning plains" due to the volcanic activity which clearly appeared to the first Greek sailors and continues to characterize the region.  Campi Flegrei is an area as rich in archeological history as it is in gastronomic specialties. 

The cuisine of this region is part of the celebrated Mediterranean diet.  Many of its specialties can be savored in both our lunch and dinner menu's, while others will be featured through our "Specialita del Giorno" or (Daily Special).  Our selections range from seafood and pasta dishes, unique side dishes, fresh daily soups, and Anna's famous desserts, along with many other tasty options.  With great pride, we bring you this Italian and Mediterranean fare for you to enjoy.
